So, how should these problems be addressed? It's actually quite simple: by incorporating anti-mold products into the manufacturing process, the risk of mold during the rainy season can be avoided. There is no need to worry about finished products becoming moldy in humid environments or after being sold. Through continuous testing by multiple laboratory engineers, we have developed a solution that completely resolves this issue.Differences in mold prevention between heavy bamboo and ordinary bamboo processes:Heavy bamboo process: Heavy bamboo is made by breaking bamboo into strands, soaking them in adhesive, and hot-pressing. Therefore, adding anti-mold agents through soaking or mixing into the paint can achieve excellent anti-mold effects.Ordinary bamboo process: Bamboo is split—whole bamboo is sliced—high-temperature carbonization—vacuum high-pressure treatment—then anti-mold and anti-corrosion agents are added to achieve functionality. This process preserves the natural flexibility of bamboo physically. After high-temperature carbonization and vacuum high-pressure treatment, the original air inside the bamboo slices is removed, oxidation is isolated, and anti-corrosion, anti-mold, and insecticide agents are added. The agent must fully cover the bamboo and wood surface, then air-dry naturally.D. The prepared solution is stable and can be reused. It does not need to be discarded but should be used up within one month if possible.2. After treatment by soaking or spraying, bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products with a moisture content below 25% will maintain anti-mold effectiveness for over one year, regardless of environmental conditions.3. Packaging and storage: 25Kg/drum.
