Wire rope clamp, rope thimble, cat's paw wire clip 32mm
Negotiable
Category:Hardware & Tools/General Hardware Parts/Rigging Hardware
Product Description:The wire rope clamp connection method commonly uses the clamp fixing method. The commonly used wire rope clamps include the saddle type, pressure plate type, and fist grip type. Among these, the saddle type has the strongest connection force and is the most widely used. The pressure plate type comes next, while the fist grip type, due to its lack of a base, easily damages the wire rope and has poor connection force, so it is only used in less critical areas. When using wire rope clamps, the following points should be noted:a) When selecting a clamp, ensure that the inner clear distance of the U-bolt is 1–3 mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If it is too large, the clamp connection will not be tight, which can easily lead to accidents.b) When installing the clamp, the bolt must be tightened until the rope is compressed by 1/3 to 1/4 of its diameter. After the rope is under load, tighten the clamp bolt once more to ensure the connection is secure and reliable [2].c) The clamps should be arranged in the same direction, with the U-shaped part in contact with the rope end and not the main rope. If the U-shaped part contacts the main rope, the main rope may be compressed and prone to wire breakage under load.d) To facilitate checking the reliability of the connection and detecting any slippage of the wire rope, an additional clamp can be installed about 500 mm behind the last clamp, with the rope end forming a "safety loop." This way, if the wire rope at the connection slips, the "safety loop" will straighten first, indicating that immediate measures should be taken to address the issue.

Ironman Machinery (GB Standard Forged) Wire Rope Clip 10mm
Negotiable
Category:Hardware & Tools/Cutting Power Tools/Drill Bits
Product Description:Why Wire Rope Clips Cannot Be Used Indiscriminately Without Distinguishing Left and RightAs is well known, the main purpose of wire rope clips is to fasten the ends of wire ropes. Typically, the outer layer of a wire rope consists of six strands twisted at an angle in a right-lay direction. However, not all wire ropes on the market are right-lay; left-lay ropes are becoming increasingly common. According to the national standard GB/T5976-2006 for wire rope clips, it is explicitly required that the surface of the wire rope must match the twist direction of the rope groove in the clip saddle. From this, it can be concluded that if it is a left-lay wire rope, a left-lay wire rope clip must be selected to comply with usage standards. Due to cost factors in market competition, most products on the market are primarily made of ordinary cast iron (also known as malleable iron), and market demand has not driven the production of left-lay clips. Some gray iron cast clips are even used for critical wire rope applications. According to the national standard GB/T5976-2006 for wire rope clips, when wire rope clips are used on lifting machinery, it is recommended to use (national standard forged) wire rope clips for better performance. Tieren Machinery, based on customer needs, can provide wire rope clips in sizes ranging from 6mm to 60mm, fully meeting national standards for both left-lay and right-lay specifications. The manufacturing process is forging, and the mechanical properties of the selected materials meet or exceed standard quality requirements. In this era of economic development and progress, standardized and safe products are increasingly valued by users. Correct selection, standardized usage, and safety awareness are becoming deeply ingrained.

Product Description:Why Wire Rope Clips Cannot Be Used Indiscriminately Regardless of Left or Right OrientationAs is well known, the primary purpose of wire rope clips is to secure the ends of wire ropes. Typically, the outer layer of a wire rope consists of six strands twisted at an angle in a right-hand direction. However, not all wire ropes on the market are right-hand twisted; left-hand twisted ropes are becoming increasingly common. According to the GB/T5976-2006 national standard for wire rope clips, it is explicitly required that the surface of the wire rope must match the twist direction of the clip's saddle groove. This means that if the wire rope is left-hand twisted, a left-hand oriented wire rope clip must be selected to comply with usage standards. Due to cost competition in the market, most products are primarily made of ordinary cast iron (also known as malleable iron), and market demand factors have led to a lack of left-hand twisted clips. GB Wire Rope Clips
Negotiable
Category:Hardware & Tools/Fasteners & Connectors/Other Fasteners
Product Description:Tieren Machinery "National Standard Forged" Wire Rope Clips (Non-Cast) GB/T5976-20061. Features of Tieren Machinery Wire Rope Clips (National Standard Forged): Complies with GB/T5976-2006, ensuring stable fastening with wire ropes. The internal structure is compact, offering excellent mechanical properties. Compared to some gray cast iron KTH rope clips, the forged wire rope clips undergo destructive heavy pressure tests, where the clip base undergoes plastic deformation without shattering.2. Wire ropes have both right-hand and left-hand lay directions, so the rope surface should match the lay direction of the rope groove in the clip base to increase friction and extend rope life. Therefore, wire rope clips are also divided into left and right types and should not be mixed. Suitable for wire rope diameters ranging from 6-60mm. For wire ropes with special structures such as 8-strand or triangular strands, consult the supplier before ordering.3. When purchasing wire rope clips, inspect the dimensions of the U-bolt threads.① The dimensions of the U-bolt should meet standards. If the opening is too large, the rope strands may misalign; if too small, clamping force may be affected.② The outer diameter of the threads should comply with the requirements of GB/T197-2003. Excessive clearance between threads and nuts may result in insufficient grip strength, and corrosion can further cause nut slippage, which requires special attention.4. Correct arrangement of wire rope clips: The clip spacing should be 6-7 times the rope diameter (this is the arrangement method under natural conditions). For special fastening situations such as thimbles, wedge sockets, or joints used in combination, consider the rationality of arrangement and overall system factors.(There are many product models, and user technical requirements vary. Category:Hardware & Tools/Cutting Power Tools/Drill Bits
Product Description:It is recommended to use more standardized "national standard forged" wire rope clips. For critical applications, "cast" wire rope clips are not recommended:1. Defects such as blowholes, sand inclusions, porosity, and cracking that occur during general casting cannot be completely avoided.2. According to the national standard GB/T5976-2006 (Page 7. Technical Requirements), when rope clips are used for lifting machinery, forged rope clips are preferred (with current manufacturing processes, forging is superior to casting). KTH, nodular iron, and other malleable cast iron clip seat wire rope clips are not recommended.a Characteristics of cast rope clips: relatively low density and slightly lighter weight. Poor control of the casting process (cast steel) can lead to defects such as blowholes and sand inclusions. If it is gray iron casting, some smaller specifications, such as those below #18, have experienced breakage under manual hammering.

National Standard Forged 22mm Wire Rope Clamp GB/T5976-2006

Category:Hardware & Tools/General Hardware Parts/Rigging Hardware
Product Description:How to choose wire rope clips for lifting machinery and hoisting equipment?1. "Wire rope clips (national standard forged)" are suitable for more critical load-bearing environments. Recommended industries: cranes, pile drivers, mining, metallurgical equipment, oil rigs, port machinery, elevators, and other hoisting machinery. According to standard GB/T 5976—2006 "Wire Rope Clips" clause 4.2.4, when clips are used on cranes, forged wire rope clips are recommended. (Reference: GB/T5976-2006 Wire Rope Clips).Tieren Machinery has found that there are some cast wire rope clips on the market. If defects such as pores or sand holes exist, the clip base may shatter under destructive heavy pressure. In contrast, wire rope clips (national standard forged) have undergone multiple destructive heavy pressure tests; even if the clip base undergoes plastic deformation, it will not shatter.2. When selecting wire rope clips, first identify the lay direction of the wire rope, i.e., right lay and left lay. According to the standard: the surface of the wire rope clip groove should match the lay direction of the wire rope surface. Therefore, wire rope clips are also divided into left clips and right clips and should be selected appropriately; they are not interchangeable. Incorrect selection will reduce the friction coefficient and pose a danger.3. Compared to cast wire rope clips, wire rope clips (national standard forged) have a higher density of internal structural units, and the arc-shaped rope groove matches the wire rope for high binding strength. Additionally, when purchasing wire rope clips, special attention should be paid to inspecting the U-bolt thread dimensions. The thread outer diameter should meet the requirements of GB/T 197-2003. Excessive clearance between the thread and the nut reduces the gripping force. The U-bolt opening size should meet standard requirements; an oversized opening may cause strand misalignment, while an undersized opening may reduce clamping force. Carefully inspect before use.4. Other considerations: Wire rope clips (national standard forged) feature anti-slip grooves designed to match the wire rope lay direction. If the wire rope has a special structure such as eight-strand or triangular strand, this should be specified to the supplier before ordering.5. Correct arrangement of wire rope clips: The clip arrangement should comply with standard regulations. The distance between clips should be 6-7 times the rope diameter (this applies to natural state and when using thimbles). Clips that have been used under load are generally not recommended for reuse. If wire rope clips are to be used in combination with other connectors, please consult Tieren Machinery customer service.

Category:Hardware & Tools/Fasteners & Connectors/Other Fasteners
Product Description:The wire rope clamp connection method commonly uses the clamp fixation method. The commonly used wire rope clamps include the saddle type, pressure plate type, and fist grip type. Among these, the saddle type has strong connection strength and is widely used; the pressure plate type is next, while the fist grip type, due to its lack of a base, easily damages the wire rope and has poor connection strength, so it is only used in secondary applications. When using wire rope clamps, the following points should be noted:a) When selecting a clamp, ensure that the inner clearance of the U-bolt is 1–3 mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If it is too large, the clamp connection will not be tight, which can easily lead to accidents.b) When installing the clamp, the bolts must be tightened until the rope is compressed by 1/3 to 1/4 of its diameter. After the rope is under load, the clamp bolts should be tightened again to ensure the joint is secure and reliable [2].c) The clamps should be arranged in the same direction, with the U-bolt part contacting the rope end and not the main rope. If the U-bolt contacts the main rope, the main rope may be compressed and prone to wire breakage under load.d) To facilitate checking the reliability of the joint and detecting any slippage of the wire rope, an additional clamp can be installed about 500 mm behind the last clamp, with the rope end forming a "bend." In this way, if the wire rope at the joint slips, the "bend" will be straightened first, indicating that immediate measures should be taken.

Wire Rope Clamp U-Type Galvanized Wire Rope Fittings Clamp Head Clip Chuck Iron Man Machinery

Product Description:The wire rope clamp connection method commonly uses the clamp fixation method. The commonly used wire rope clamps include the saddle type, pressure plate type, and fist grip type. Among these, the saddle type has strong connection strength and is widely used; the pressure plate type comes next, while the fist grip type, due to its lack of a base, easily damages the wire rope and has poor connection strength, so it is only used in secondary applications. When using wire rope clamps, the following points should be noted:a) When selecting a clamp, ensure that the inner clearance of the U-bolt is 1–3 mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If it is too large, the clamp connection will not be tight, which can easily lead to accidents.b) When installing the clamp, the bolt must be tightened until the rope is compressed by 1/3 to 1/4 of its diameter. After the rope is under load, the clamp bolt should be tightened once more to ensure the joint is secure and reliable [2].c) The clamps should be arranged in the same direction, with the U-bolt part in contact with the rope end, not the main rope. If the U-bolt part contacts the main rope, the main rope may be compressed and prone to wire breakage under load.d) To facilitate checking the reliability of the joint and detecting any slippage of the wire rope, an additional clamp can be installed about 500 mm behind the last clamp, with the rope end forming a "loop." In this way, if the wire rope at the joint slips, the "loop" will be straightened first, and immediate measures should be taken to address the issue.
