Depending on the configuration type of the rectifier modules in the power system, there are two models of charging monitoring modules available: FXL-11 and FXL-12. The FXL-11 charging monitoring module is used in conjunction with the ZZG12 series rectifier modules, while the FXL-12 charging monitoring module is used with the ZZG13 series rectifier modules.Basic Functions: ◇ The charging monitoring module connects to the centralized monitoring module of the power system via an RS485 interface. On one hand, it receives control commands from the upper-level monitoring system, controlling the output of the rectifier modules by adjusting the programmable output voltage (setting the equalizing/floating charge voltage) or by using relay output contacts to control the rectifier modules' power on/off. On the other hand, it uploads abnormal alarm signals from the rectifier modules, allowing the centralized monitoring module of the power system to perform corresponding alarm handling. ◇ The charging monitoring module monitors the charging and discharging current signals of the battery circuit and compares them with the charging current limit signal issued by the upper-level monitoring system. When the battery charging current is less than the given charging current limit value, the error amplification signal does not take effect, and the charging monitoring module controls the rectifier to operate according to the equalizing/floating charge voltage value issued by the upper-level monitoring system. When the battery charging current exceeds the given charging current limit value, the error amplification signal adjusts the programmable output voltage to change the equalizing/floating charge voltage value of the rectifier module, achieving automatic constant-current charging of the battery. ◇ The software watchdog continuously monitors the communication with the upper-level monitoring module. When communication between the charging monitoring module and the upper-level monitoring system is interrupted, the software watchdog enables the charging monitoring module to control the output of the rectifier module according to pre-set safe operating values, achieving automatic current-limited charging and normal floating charging of the battery. These measures prevent the risk of overcharging and damaging the battery due to communication interruptions during the equalizing charge state. Main Features: ◇ Utilizes a high-speed microcontroller system. Digital inputs, outputs, and communication interfaces are optically isolated, while analog inputs and outputs are isolated using linear optocouplers, with an isolation voltage of up to 3000Vdc. ◇ Employs a closed-loop PI regulation circuit for charging current, offering fast response, high current regulation accuracy, and strong anti-interference capability.
