Product Description: Hot Water Boiler Computer Control Box The RS-8 fully automatic boiler controller uses a microcontroller from Fujitsu of Japan as its core processor, offering extremely high reliability and strong electromagnetic interference resistance. This controller features 17 functions and is suitable for various small boilers (for boiling water or heating water). It has a simple structure, easy operation, stable and reliable performance, and offers excellent cost-effectiveness. It can be installed on boilers of various shapes and specifications (vertical, horizontal, cylindrical, square).   Electrical Performance                                                                  Operation Mode: Fully automatic continuous operation; runs according to preset parameters. Timed Operation Mode: Operates according to preset parameters within four time periods. Manual Control Operation Mode: Manually controls the burner and water pump start/stop (for testing and debugging). Basic Functions: 4-digit display and indicator lights show control status, water pump status, operation status, current water level, and water temperature. 2 touch operation buttons;       24-hour clock circuit, with battery backup for over 3 days after power failure;       Power-off memory function; automatically resumes operation in the pre-power-off mode after power restoration, suitable for unattended operation. Signal Input: 1 temperature input for measuring boiler water temperature, range 00°C–110°C. 3 water level signal inputs (water electrode conduction resistance less than 20K, cutoff resistance greater than 200K). 1 other fault signal switch input (external faults such as excessively high water level, excessively high pressure, excessively high flue gas temperature, shutdown protection signal input) for various fault protections.           1 burner fault signal (outputs ~AC220V when burner fault or flameout occurs). Control Output: 2 relay normally open contact outputs, rated load power below 1.0KW (250V max 8A). Can drive one single-stage burner and one single-phase (220V, 1KW) water pump. If a three-phase water pump is used, a three-phase high-power control device must be added. Protection Function: In case of faults such as temperature sensor failure, water shortage, water level sensor failure, or other alarms, the burner and water pump are automatically shut off with audible and visual alarms. Press any key to cancel the alarm and return to shutdown status. After the fault is resolved, press the "Start/Stop" key to resume operation. In case of a burner fault, the water pump is immediately shut off with audible and visual alarms, while the burner continues to output control for 30 seconds before stopping, allowing time for the operator to reset the burner. During this process, pressing the "Start/Stop" key at any time cancels the alarm and returns to shutdown status.
