The explosion-proof panel responds rapidly to the surge in deflagration pressure, opening immediately to reduce pressure. As the expanding fireball passes through the open explosion-proof panel, it is intercepted by the fire extinguishing module. The precision stainless steel mesh, supported by a frame, acts as a three-dimensional flame trap, extinguishing the flame and preventing its propagation, thereby avoiding secondary or multiple explosions. The fire extinguishing module eliminates deflagration flames, reduces the temperature of hot gases, and captures both burning and unburned dust particles passing through the open explosion-proof panel.Simultaneously, pressure waves or noise generated by production equipment are significantly reduced.
