It can separately display and mark the corresponding parameters of any diameter segment of the root system (the number of segments and diameter range can be arbitrarily adjusted with unequal spacing). It supports root branching correction operations such as pruning, merging, and connecting, with undo functionality to achieve 100% accurate results.（5）Automatically measure the fractal dimension of roots using the box-counting method. It can analyze the volume proportion of rhizobia in the root system to objectively determine the contribution of rhizobia.（6）For cleaned roots, it supports large-scale fully automatic root analysis. Analysis result images can be edited and corrected, and it can perform large-scale automated estimation of root biomass distribution.（7）Supports interactively guided analysis of in-situ root images with magnetic adsorption, locking and editing root paths, and correcting root length, thickness, and position.
