Product Description: Working Principle: Generating high-temperature hot water from low-temperature hot water involves using a small amount of high-temperature heat source to extract heat from a low-temperature heat source, producing a large amount of utilizable medium-temperature thermal energy. In other words, it utilizes high-temperature thermal energy to drive the process, elevating the thermal energy from the low-temperature heat source to a medium temperature, thereby improving the efficiency of thermal energy utilization.Application Scope:1) Utilizable waste heat: Generally, waste hot water at temperatures between 10°C and 70°C, single or multi-component gases or liquids can be used;2) Provided heat medium: A heat medium approximately 40°C higher than the waste heat source temperature, not exceeding 120°C, can be obtained;3) Driving heat sources: 0.1–0.8MPa steam, natural gas combustion, or high-temperature flue gas;4) Heating COP between 1.6–2.4: This means that using 1MW of driving heat source can yield over 1.6MW of heat required for production and daily life;Note: Dual-effect heat pumps can achieve a COP of around 2.4, but the temperature of the produced hot water does not exceed 60°C, and steam pressure must be above 0.4MPa;5) Higher inlet and outlet temperatures of waste hot water result in higher heat medium temperatures and greater efficiency.System Advantages: This system efficiently utilizes low-temperature hot water to produce high-temperature hot water, has a wide range of applications, saves costs, reduces energy consumption, and creates maximum benefits for enterprises.
