Simultaneously, under the pressure of the jet fluid, the jet carries oxygen molecules and micro-bubbles, spraying obliquely downward from the diffuser nozzle and diffusing, impacting and stirring the water body and the sludge at the bottom of the biochemical tank. The mixture then slowly rises from the bottom to the water surface. The micro-bubbles remain in the water for generally more than 30 seconds, allowing the oxygen in the air to be fully dissolved and absorbed, improving oxygen transfer efficiency and oxygenation capacity. This equipment enables the mud-water mixture and air to generate high negative pressure and turbulence, stirring, and shearing within the jet device, promoting high-frequency oscillation of the liquid and gas films, significantly reducing bubble diameter, increasing the number of bubbles, and the specific surface area of the bubbles. It also thins the gas-liquid film, greatly reducing mass transfer resistance, allowing oxygen molecules to transfer from the gas phase to the liquid phase. During the high-speed forward movement of the jet, under the action of high-speed rotation in the disperser, it possesses high angular velocity, giving the jet strong penetration power, enabling micro-bubbles to travel far in the water, enhancing stirring, flow pushing, and oxygenation capabilities.
