It is convenient for on-site use and suitable for rapid pavement repair and construction.Main construction process:① Marking and delineation: Select the area to be repaired. Vehicles, led by a guide car, proceed to the construction area. First, carry out pavement protection (laying colored stripe cloth, etc.) and position the equipment. (Completed in 10-20 minutes)② Demolition: Use two breakers and two excavators to remove the concrete slab within the marked area, to full depth. Then use pneumatic picks to chisel away any remaining concrete, ensuring uniform chiseling depth. Loose concrete around the edges and at the bottom of the pit must be thoroughly removed. Chiseling should proceed from the inside out to avoid edge damage. (Completed in 50-60 minutes)③ Cleaning: Use excavators to remove large concrete blocks from the pit. Then pour the uniformly mixed repair material into the pit and immediately compact it with a vibrator, paying attention to edges and corners to ensure dense filling. Avoid over-vibrating at any single spot; stop when the concrete no longer sinks, no bubbles emerge, and a slurry surface appears. Level with a screed and control the elevation. (Completed in 10 minutes)⑥ Grooving: Use a grooving machine to create grooves based on the existing pavement conditions. (Completed in 20 minutes)⑦ Joint cutting: About 1 hour after the final set of the curing material, cut expansion joints at the original transverse and longitudinal joint locations and inject sealant.
