Product Description: The strength of the cement concrete pavement is not equivalent to C25. Additionally, the surface should be treated by milling, chiseling, grinding, sandblasting, or roughening (for newly poured concrete), preferably exposing the aggregate over a large area. On this basis, one to two coats of PM-101 penetrating sealer should be applied for sealing treatment.Clean, dry asphalt pavements in good functional condition do not require sealing treatment.2.5 Construction Environment Requirements(1) The curing temperature of the polymer cast-in-place diamond tactile paving material must not be lower than 5°C. Below this temperature, the polymer curing reaction will rapidly decrease or may not proceed chemically, or only partially and incompletely. This will result in the colored pavement failing to meet performance standards. Therefore, the ambient temperature during construction must not be below 5°C.(2) Diamond tactile paving is a natural room-temperature curing material, where room temperature is defined as 5°C to 45°C. As the ambient temperature approaches the upper limit, the curing and drying speed increases. Excessively high ambient temperatures may make construction difficult. Therefore, the recommended construction ambient temperature is 10°C to 35°C.(3) Diamond tactile paving is a water-based environmentally friendly material, with more lenient humidity requirements compared to solvent-based materials. However, when the relative humidity of the air is saturated (100%), internal moisture cannot evaporate, leading to no curing or abnormally slow drying. Therefore, the recommended ambient humidity is between 50% and 90%. Above this humidity, especially at lower temperatures (below 10°C), issues such as reduced surface hardness, whitening, loss of gloss, stickiness, and re-adhesion may occur.(4) Construction should be carried out under favorable weather conditions, without rain, snow, strong winds (wind force less than level 5), or sandstorms.(5) At room temperature (10°C to 35°C), the surface drying time for diamond tactile paving material is 6 hours, with complete drying requiring 18 hours. The surface drying time for the surface sealer is 1 hour. If sudden rain or artificial wetting occurs during this period, or if construction is carried out under dew condensation at night, it will result in construction failure.
