Zhejiang Tailun Insulator Co., Ltd., established in August 2004, located in Huzhou Economic Development Zone -- the bank of Taihu Lake in Yangtze River Delta, is co-invested by Zhejiang Hongfa Energy Investment Co., Ltd., Huzhou Feijian Holdings Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Talent Electric Group. Covering an area of 8.67 hectares, our total investment reaches 380 million Yuan. Our factory is constructed according to designed production capacity of 10 million pieces of toughened glass insulators per year, which will be fulfilled in two phases. Now in the first phase, we have throughput of 4 million pieces per year. After second program put into production, we will become the biggest Asian toughened glass insulator production base and be at forefront of world insulator industry.
Our cap and pin insulators series include 40-550kN standard profile, 70-300kN fog profile, 70-240kN open profile, 70-100kN ground profile and 70-120kN open profile, widely used for 10 to 1000kV high voltage and extra high voltage transmission line.
