Operating Principle
Cone drying mixer will provide a cone screw stirring. Complete screw mixing paddle will carry out cycle motion around cone stock bin central line while it carriers out rotation. It can guarantee that material at different position in container can be stirred uniformly. The rotated screw will rise material at bottom to up part and then drop through natural cycle, this stirring mode makes material mix uniformly and avoid material to form cake during the period of drying. So it improves final mixing and drying efficiency.
Features of equipment
The cylinder wall of cone drying mixer may use hot water or steam, etc hot medium to heat material. Meanwhile complete system is vacuum design, so that thermal sensitive material can be dried at lower temperature.
