　　Organic silicone is used ti manufacture the fire-resistant mica belt. The product is with low smoking non-toxic well stability and thermo stability. It also has the facture of outstanding weather ability good moisture proof electric insulauvity, and the cohesion. The capability is better than the foreign products of the same kind. The product is apply to the following requests:Q/SDA120 DIN5321 JISZ0237 ISO1523 ASTMD149 ASTMD93-66 ASTM3675 and so on.

　　Thinner(you can choose when you use) : toluol or xylene

　　SDA-120-1 belong to the quick drying Silicone resin with the characteristic of quick solidity ,low temperature , and the striong bind ability , the solidity mica belt very dry ,pliable and non accretion .

　　Impregnant: toluenc and xylene

　　Suggestion: Confect concentration

　　(1) Pedion belt: 16-20%

　　(2) Double ended belt : 14-16%

　　Curing agent:C-120 Dosage: 0.5-2.0%(100wt SDA-120)

　　The content of silicon resin in the mica tape maybe 8-11%

　　Period of exterior solidity :60-90℃1min, 120-150-120℃2min

　　Packing and shipment:

　　200KG metal drum

　　Non contiguity the fire and avoid the direct sunshine

　　Storage validity : 6 months at 25℃in the airtight machine (over 6 months still can use if the oriduct is valid by test)

　　Avoid drench and insolate between the shipments
