WuHu FuChun Dye and Weave Co., Ltd. located in Qiaobei Industrial Zone in Wuhu City of An'hui province, is specialized in the manufacture of cheese dyeing yarns, mainly including pure cotton, poly/cotton, acrylic/cotton, linen/cotton and viscose/cotton yarns which are mainly for various circular knitting machines, flat knitting machines, hosiery machines and shuttle looms. Our color yarns feature bright color, good fullness and smoothness and meet the international environmental standard.

　　Technical equipments: advanced computer color measuring & matching system; automatic gob feeder to ensure the reasonability and precision of dyeing formula; computer-controlled high-temperature high-pressure sample dyeing machine, totally simulating, the actual production process to guarantee the consistency of quality.

　　Dyeing equipments: 60 sets of HK-made 3 kgs-2500kgs of high-temperature and high pressure package dyeing machines with reasonable matching of dye vats; dehydrating machine and radio frequency dryer from Italy from Italy. We can produce 40 tons of all kinds color yarns everyday, and the whole production process is controlled by computer to guarantee its precision, stability and reliability.
