　　Product introduction:

　　SDA-101 is a kind of advanced no draff adhesive organic siliconeresin, used to manufacture the contact adhesive belt.the product is with low smoking, non-toxic, well stability and thermo stability, it also has the facture of outstanding weather ability ,good moisture proof, eletric insulativaty , and the cohesion. The capability is better than the forcing products of the same kind.

　　Use direction:

　　SDA-101 belong to high solidity content , high viscosity silicone adhesive agent, short solidity time, low temperature and strong long-adhesive

　　Impregnant :Toluene and xylene

　　Sggestion(for reference only): should dilute to low concentration when use.

　　Solidity agent: Dosage is the organic silicone percent :0.8-2.0%

　　Packing and shipment:

　　200kg metal drum packing or as per customers request

　　Don’t contiguity the fire and avoid direct sunshine

　　Storage validity:6 months at 25℃in the airtight machine (over 6 months still can use if the product is valid by test)

　　Avoid drench and insolate between shipment.

　　Annotate:

　　1.Solidity agent(c-101) using method: weigh up needed solidity agent and adds proper toluene and xylenc, then after completely dissolve and quiescent 10 minutes out well C-101upper solution to the liquid cement, but pay attention to don’t out well the bead on the machine wall and bottom, and then add the toluene to collocate properly.

　　2.as the solidity agent increase, the high temperature resistant will be go up, but the adhesive strength will be fall so hope customers chose the proper dosage to adjust the liquid cement mach

　　3.as the glue percent increase, its heat resistant strength will be also improved
