Product application:
Synthetic mica tape is a kind of insulation tape with good stability , high temperature endurable and highly resisitant to break down . It is tested according to UL standard (ek75959). It us made of synthetic mica paper which is reinforced by glass fiber or special membrane. It will be a very good flame-resisting layer(IEC-332,UL910) by winded directly about conductor or in its sleeve . It’s a perfect fire endurable insulating material in cable manufacturing (according to IEC371-3-8) . The fire endurable electric wire and cable which are made of this product can be kept perfectly in the 800-1200℃ fire burning more than 90min and meet a class fore endurable standard.

Specification:
Will supply rolled material with 300-500mm in length and 6-1000min in width . Standard paper core is Ø52mm ,Ø76mm.

Quality:
Synthetic mica tape meets the following standard :IEC-331, GB12666,UL1581, UL1277,UL910, JISC-2166, BS6387CWZ, DIN4102 Part 12 etc.
