Micro exhaust valve
I. Introduction:
The ARVX type micro air vent valve is used in central air conditioning, water supply and exhaust, and refrigeration systems to remove 2VOL of dissolved air contained in the water medium in the pipes, so as to improve the water delivery, heating and cooling functions of the system. During the operation of the pipes, 2VOL of dissolved air is continuously formed in the water. It accumulates at the highest point of the pipeline, which greatly affects the heating and cooling functions of the pipeline. This air vent valve is mainly used to remove the 2VOL of dissolved gas in the pipes, so as to improve the efficiency of pipeline heating and cooling. It is an essential product for central air conditioning, water supply and exhaust, and refrigeration systems. Under normal circumstances, water contains about 2VOL% of dissolved air. During the water delivery process, this air is continuously released from the water and accumulates at the high points of the pipeline, forming an air pocket, which makes water delivery difficult. The water delivery capacity of the system can be reduced by about 5-15% as a result. The main function of this micro air vent valve is to remove this 2VOL% of dissolved air. It is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, factory piping, and small pump stations to protect or improve the water delivery efficiency of the system and save energy.
