I. Introduction:
The ARVX type micro air vent valve is used in central air conditioning, water supply and exhaust, and refrigeration systems to remove 2VOL of dissolved air contained in the water medium in the pipes, so as to improve the water delivery, heating and cooling functions of the system. During operation, 2VOL of dissolved air in water continuously forms. It accumulates at the highest point of the pipeline, which greatly affects the heating and cooling functions of the pipeline. This air vent valve is mainly used to remove the dissolved gas contained in the pipes, improving the efficiency of pipeline heating and cooling, and is an essential product for central air conditioning, water supply and exhaust, and refrigeration systems. Under normal circumstances, water contains about 2VOL% of dissolved air. During the water delivery process, this air is continuously released from the water and accumulates at the high points of the pipeline, forming air pockets, which makes water delivery difficult and may reduce the system's water delivery capacity by about 5-15%. The main function of this micro air vent valve is to remove this 2VOL% of dissolved air, and it is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, plant piping, and small pump stations to protect or improve the system's water delivery efficiency and save energy.
