Pulverized coal distributor
Detailed Introduction to Pulverized Coal Distributors
Pulverized coal distributors are mainly divided into three types: angle-inclined type, bottle type and disc type, each with its unique application scenarios and capable of adapting to different working conditions.
1. YFPQ Type Angle-Inclined Pulverized Coal Distributor
This distributor is specially designed for the single-pipe pulverized coal conveying system of blast furnace coal injection, and is an ideal choice for evenly distributing pulverized coal for multi-pipe injection in front of the blast furnace. Its outlet design is flexible, capable of branching into 6 to 35 pipes, and offers three pipe diameter options of 15, 20 and 25. It also provides two connection methods: flange and threaded joint, facilitating installation and maintenance.

2. PFPQ Type Bottle Pulverized Coal Distributor
With its unique structural design, the bottle-type pulverized coal distributor provides a strong guarantee for the stable conveying of pulverized coal. Its detailed features and advantages are described below.

3. PSFPQ Type Disc Pulverized Coal Distributor
The disc-type pulverized coal distributor is also an important component in the pulverized coal conveying system. Its performance and structure have been carefully designed to meet the needs of different working conditions.

Product Description and Structural Features
The new type of pulverized coal distributor produced by our company is developed by drawing on the advantages of various previous types of distributors and combining with foreign advanced technology. This new distributor adopts a conical design, which can be regarded as an upgraded product of the old bottle-type, disc-type and spherical distributors. The branch pipes of traditional disc-type and bottle-type distributors are usually horizontally distributed. However, since the coal injection system needs to convey pulverized coal through air flow with a certain pressure, this will cause great wear to the equipment. In response to this problem, our new pulverized coal distributor has been comprehensively optimized.

This distributor is mainly composed of a main pipe, a main body (including conical, disc-type and bottle-type) and branch pipes evenly distributed above the main body. Among them, the conically distributed branch pipes adopt an upward-angle design (such as 90 degrees or 120 degrees), while the coal injection branch pipes (in different specifications such as 8, 10, 12, etc.) are evenly distributed around the upper part of the distributor main body. This design enables the lower end of the distributor to connect to one end of the coal conveying main pipe, and the branch pipes on the upper part of the distributor to connect to each pulverized coal lance.
The product is made of carbon steel structural parts, with precise processing and high geometric accuracy, ensuring the stability and durability of the equipment. The conical inner cavity has a simple structure, small volume and light weight, making maintenance very convenient. Its inner cavity design skillfully utilizes the characteristics of air flow. When the supplementary high-pressure solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity, it will form a strong vortex, wrapping the pulverized coal and distributing it evenly to each branch pipe. This design results in small pulsation during conveying, stable and reliable injection, and can achieve the ideal flow rate required by users. More importantly, when pulverized coal flows through the distributor, there is no swirl or pulsation, ensuring the stability and uniformity of the pulverized coal.
In addition, this distributor performs excellently in controlling the coal injection volume of each tuyere, with an accuracy that can reach within ±3% of the large coal injection volume, which fully ensures the combustion uniformity of the tuyere raceway around the blast furnace hearth. The flow rate of fluid in the pulverized coal distributor is equivalent to that in the pipeline, thereby reducing wear and extending the service life of the equipment. It is worth mentioning that this coal injection distributor has no throat structure, so it has small resistance loss, avoiding throat blockage and the problem of reduced distribution accuracy caused by uneven throat wear. This enables this pulverized coal distributor to be applicable to pulverized coal conveying systems under various gas-solid ratios of blast furnace coal injection systems, and it can be used for both dilute-phase conveying and dense-phase conveying, demonstrating its excellent adaptability and practicality.
