III. Test Method:

Take two 7.50g portions of the test product, place them in sample bottles respectively, add 105g of water, seal with a rubber stopper, and place at room temperature for 1 to 4 hours to fully absorb water and swell. Stir and heat in a water bath at 65℃±2℃ for 15 minutes to dissolve evenly. Place the sample bottle on a magnetic stirrer, remove the stopper, add a magnetic stir bar, and replace the rubber stopper. Stir magnetically for 5 minutes to disperse the solution evenly and mix the water condensed on the inner wall of the sample bottle into the solution, preparing a 6.67% test gelatin solution. Place at room temperature until the temperature of the gelatin solution in the bottle drops to about 30℃; then place the sample bottle in a horizontally adjusted constant temperature water bath, incubate at 10℃±0.1℃ for 16 to 18 hours, quickly take out the sample bottle, wipe off the water droplets on the outer wall, remove the rubber stopper, use a probe with a diameter of 12.7mm, at a descending speed of 0.5mm per second, read the value generated when the probe is pressed down to 4mm below the gel surface. The gel strength shall be within ±20% of the indicated value, and the absolute difference between the measurement values of the two test portions shall not exceed 10 Bloom g.
