The cutting fluid centralized filtration system is a machine that adopts large circulation, large flow rate and large-stroke liquid return. The heat of the cutting fluid dissipates quickly, the temperature of the fluid supply system is low, and an internal circulation is set during the shutdown period, so that the large-flow cutting fluid can flow continuously, which effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria. At the same time, it is also easy to realize automatic control of the performance indicators of the cutting fluid, ensuring the quality of the cutting fluid.
The cutting fluid centralized filtration system has the following devices:
Filtration device: The cutting fluid centralized filtration system is equipped with a paper belt filter and multi-stage filter elements to ensure that the filtration effect meets the standards for machine tool use.
Ozone aeration device: Each tank is equipped with an ozone aeration device, which continuously injects compressed air into the emulsion, allowing oxygen to diffuse evenly into the liquid, eliminating the living conditions of anaerobic bacteria and extending the service life of the coolant.
Oil removal device: The vacuum paper belt filter is equipped with an oil removal device. We adopt a suction cup-type oil removal device that can float up and down freely with the liquid level. It sucks the floating waste oil in the emulsion into the waste oil tank, and then pumps it to the oil-water separation tank. The oil-absorbing particles in the oil-water separation tank can effectively adsorb the waste oil to separate oil and water. The waste oil is injected into the waste oil drum, and the waste liquid enters the filter. The separation effect is about 95%.
Bottom flushing device: In order to prevent fine particles below 30um from depositing in the negative pressure cavity, which would cause the deposits to increase continuously and become a trouble for manual cleaning, a bottom flushing device is added in the vacuum chamber, so that the fine particles in the vacuum chamber cannot deposit, achieving the purpose of not needing to clean the vacuum chamber.
Water pumping and air pumping device: Water is pumped from the negative pressure cavity by a pump, and when passing through the water ejector, part of the air in the negative pressure cavity is extracted, which accelerates the generation of negative pressure and increases the filtration speed.
