The centralized cutting fluid filtration system is a machine adopting large-circulation, large-flow and large-stroke liquid回流, which has fast heat dissipation of cutting fluid and low temperature of the liquid supply system. In addition, an internal circulation is set during the shutdown period, allowing the large-flow cutting fluid to flow continuously, effectively inhibiting the growth of bacteria. At the same time, it is also easy to automatically control the performance indicators of the cutting fluid and ensure the quality of the cutting fluid.

The centralized cutting fluid filtration system is equipped with the following devices:

Filtration device: The centralized cutting fluid filtration system is equipped with a paper tape filter and multi-stage filter elements to ensure that the filtration effect meets the usage standards of the machine tool.

Ozone and aeration device: An ozone and aeration device is installed in each tank, which continuously injects compressed air into the emulsion, allowing oxygen to diffuse evenly into the liquid, eliminating the living conditions of anaerobic bacteria and extending the service life of the cooling fluid.

Oil removal device: The vacuum paper tape filter is equipped with an oil removal device. We adopt a suction cup-type oil removal device that can freely float up and down with the liquid level. The floating oil in the emulsion is sucked into the dirt tank, and then pumped to the oil-water separation tank by a pump. The oil-absorbing particles in the oil-water separation tank can effectively absorb the floating oil to separate oil and water. The oil is injected into the waste oil barrel, and the contaminated liquid enters the filter. The separation effect is about 95%.

Bottom flushing device: In order to prevent fine particles below 30um from depositing in the negative pressure chamber and causing continuous accumulation of sediments which brings troubles to manual cleaning, a bottom flushing device is added to the vacuum chamber, so that the fine particles in the vacuum chamber cannot deposit, achieving the purpose of no need to clean the vacuum chamber.

Water and air extraction device: The pump pumps water from the negative pressure chamber, and when passing through the water jet, part of the air in the negative pressure chamber is extracted, which speeds up the generation of negative pressure and increases the filtration speed.
