Anionic polyacrylamide is a highly polymerized synthetic water-soluble linear polymer, easily soluble in water but insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol. It possesses valuable properties including flocculation, thickening, shear resistance, drag reduction, and dispersion.

1. Industrial Wastewater Treatment Primarily used for cost-effective treatment of neutral or alkaline pH wastewater with large suspended particles, high concentration, and positive charges, such as in steel plants, electroplating factories, metallurgical plants, and coal washing plants, with highly significant results.

2. Drinking Water Treatment Many water plants in China source water from rivers, which often have high sediment and mineral content, making it turbid. Even after sedimentation and filtration, the water may not meet standards, requiring the use of flocculants. This product is effective for treating turbid water with high sand content, offering advantages such as low chemical dosage and reduced secondary pollution.

3. Papermaking Additive Used in the paper industry as a clarifier for caustic soda, a retention aid, a drainage aid, and a dry and wet strength enhancer for paper.

4. Sugar Industry Used as a clarifier for sugar juice.

5. Aquafeed Used as an additive and binder in aquatic feed.

IV. Usage Instructions

1. It is crucial to disperse the product effectively in water during use; otherwise, it may lead to clumping and the formation of "fish eyes," prolonging dissolution time.

2. Use water with low hardness for dissolution. Avoid using dissolution tanks made of materials that may affect water quality.

3. Warm water can accelerate dissolution, but excessively high temperatures may cause thermal degradation of the molecular chains, affecting viscosity. The water temperature should generally not exceed 50°C.

4. Stirring aids dissolution, but overly vigorous stirring may break and degrade the long polymer chains. A marine-type propeller stirrer with a speed of 200-500 rpm is recommended.

5. Generally, dissolve polyacrylamide to prepare a 0.1%-0.5% solution for standby use.

6. The dosage of polyacrylamide varies depending on the application.

V. Packaging 25kg kraft paper bags, 25kg PE valve bags, 750kg ton bags, or customized packaging according to customer requirements.

VI. Storage Store in a ventilated, dry warehouse. Protect from moisture, rain, and exposure to air and sunlight.
