FTJX-3 Intelligent Overhead Contact Line Inspection Equipment
I. Overview
The FTJX-3 intelligent overhead contact line inspection equipment is a multi-functional, multi-purpose, integrated product newly developed by our company for measuring various geometric parameters of high-speed railway overhead contact lines. Different from ordinary measuring instruments, this equipment can be pushed and walked on the track and realize automatic line finding function through humanized design, which effectively reduces the labor intensity of staff and improves measurement stability and work efficiency. At the same time, this equipment effectively solves the problems that existing large-scale overhead contact line inspection vehicles occupy running intervals and affect railway dispatching operation charts.
II. Main Functions
1. It is used for continuous detection of overhead contact line parameters on high-speed railways. The equipment adopts non-contact measurement method. It can be pushed and measured on the track, and can measure the geometric parameters of overhead contact lines (such as stagger, wire height, side clearance, center of crossing point, etc.);
2. Automatic line finding: Through the imaging of the high-definition imported camera on the tablet computer, the user does not need to rotate the main unit to aim at the contact wire. The user only needs to click the contact wire to be measured in the imaging diagram on the tablet computer, and the equipment will automatically aim to complete the measurement. This function improves measurement efficiency and accuracy, and reduces human errors.
3. Seamless measurement and comprehensive data recording: It can continuously record the patrol measurement mileage and path trajectory, and simultaneously measure parameters such as wire height, stagger, and pillar span. At the same time, the system has photo and video recording functions, which can high-definitely record the working status of overhead contact line suspension equipment, and realize automatic identification of overhead contact line suspension defects through image analysis (extended function). The system data analysis and processing part is compatible with the Railway Traction Power Supply Operation Management Information System currently being promoted by the Ministry of Railways, and can realize seamless connection with its database (extended function);
4. User-friendly interface and easy operation: It adopts military-grade three-proof tablet computer with Windows operating system, Chinese operation interface and all-digital measurement method. The system is equipped with a 64G solid-state drive, which makes the system more stable and reliable, and improves the measurement accuracy. It uses polymer batteries, which can provide 10 hours of continuous uninterrupted measurement.
5. Lightweight and easy to carry: The whole machine has a Chinese operation interface and is easy to use. The measuring frame is integrally made of aviation aluminum material, and the body is light in weight. The fixed end of the pushing device including the pushing handle can be folded, which is convenient for on-track and off-track operations.
