Vibration Friction Welding Equipment

Features of Vibration Friction Welding Machine:
1. Orbital friction welding effectively controls the relative workpiece to perform circular trajectory welding within a tight mold. Compared to linear friction principles, it ensures full welding at any corner of circular workpieces, which linear methods cannot achieve.
2. The high-rigidity machine structure and fully enclosed cover, combined with sound-absorbing and noise-isolating assembly, effectively reduce vibration and high noise levels during operation.
3. Precision linear guide rails for the processing mold minimize upper and lower misalignment of finished products, meeting acceptance standards.
4. Eliminates the need for expensive processing molds, bypassing technical barriers related to mold quality and counterweighting.
5. Effectively welds materials with added glass fiber, such as PP, nylon, and plastic steel.

Vibration Head Frame: The vibration head and its components are fixed within a steel-structured welding frame, with main parts and assembly surfaces precision-machined.

Vibration Head: The vibration head consists of an electromagnet and a vibration spring. The electromagnet generates attraction when energized, and the spring has self-resetting capability. The vibration head relies on the attraction force when the electromagnet is energized and the reset force of the spring after power-off to achieve a reciprocating displacement of 0-1.8mm peak, with a vibration frequency of 240Hz. Special design and precision sensors ensure stable displacement during vibration.

Soundproof Casing: The inner walls of the equipment casing and the soundproof door are lined with sound-insulating and sound-absorbing materials. The guide system for the soundproof door is composed of nylon materials and steel components, finely machined for smooth and effortless movement.

Sliding Door Drive Mechanism: The sliding door drive mechanism consists of a cylinder located below the door and cantilevers on both sides of the door.

Controller: The equipment uses a controller produced by LS Company. Operational parameters, control functions, prompts, and fine-tuning interfaces during operation are displayed on the touch screen via the controller.
