The hydraulic automatic tensioning device consists of a hydraulic pump station, tensioning cylinder, accumulator station, tension sensor, steel wire rope, pulley block, tensioning trolley, electrical system, etc. The hydraulic automatic tensioning device can automatically adjust the tensioning force of the conveyor belt according to the operating conditions of the belt conveyor and the different requirements of the belt tension, ensuring reliable starting and smooth operation of the belt conveyor. When the belt conveyor starts, the tensioning cylinder, under the action of the accumulator station, can automatically adjust the piston rod to timely tension the conveyor belt, ensuring the required tension of the conveyor belt. When the belt conveyor is in stable operation, the hydraulic pump station only serves as an "oil replenishment" function, with short operating time. The hydraulic automatic tensioning device is interconnected with the centralized control device of the conveyor, enabling remote control of the tensioning system.
