This equipment features a hemispherical stainless steel pot body formed by one-time pressing in Yixing, with minimal overall roundness error. The stirrer fits closely with the pot, preventing scorching.

The stirring method employs a special inclined transmission, ensuring full contact between the stirrer and the pot. It achieves a non-integer transmission ratio for both revolution and rotation of the stirrer, enabling 360-degree rotation for more uniform mixing of materials. The mixing blades are made of high-strength polytetrafluoroethylene, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, non-toxic, and meets food production requirements.

Equipped with a stepless variable frequency speed regulator, the stirring speed can be adjusted variably to ensure uniform mixing and thorough heating of materials.
