Fully Automatic Chili Sauce Cooking Pot

This equipment features two sets of planetary mixers with a total of six mixing heads. The mixing blades are made of high-strength polytetrafluoroethylene, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and non-toxic. The scraper fits closely with the pot body, ensuring thorough scraping and minimizing the risk of scorching. The pot body can automatically tilt 90 degrees for easy discharging and can be conveniently used with a mobile mixing cart.

It employs electromagnetic heating, which offers a large heating area, fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, no smoke, no open flame, no harmful gas emissions, and a clean appearance. All parts in contact with food are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, making them easy to clean.

Digital temperature control, adjustable power, and variable frequency mixing speed allow the speed to be adjusted from 0 to maximum, ensuring smoother operation. The motor and mechanical components are effectively interconnected, preventing damage due to human error and ensuring high safety. The interlocking design ensures that each action is performed in sequence, keeping the machine in an orderly working state.

The equipment offers two heating methods: electromagnetic heating and gas heating.
