US Gas T-12 organotin drier is a polyurethane system curing accelerator, suitable for use as a high-efficiency catalyst in polyurethane coatings, foam materials, adhesives and sealants, elastomers, and other fields.
US Gas T12 drier is used as a heat stabilizer in silicone rubber mold products and PVC plastic products, such as films, semi-rigid sheets, transparent tubes, etc.
The main component of US Gas T-12 is dibutyltin dilaurate, with an appearance of pale yellow transparent liquid and a tin content of approximately 18.0-18.8%.
US Gas T12 promotes the reaction between hydroxyl resins and polyisocyanates, shortens the curing time of PU paint, and acts as a highly efficient catalyst in terms of rapid gelation and tack-free time.
US Gas T-12 catalyst promotes the rapid gelation of one-component silicone rubber and two-component mold rubber.
Compared to other organotin compounds, US Gas T12 catalyst offers a longer activation period under the same curing rate conditions.
