Anti-floating color dispersant

Anti-floating and color-dispersing agent is a controlled flocculation wetting and dispersing agent used in medium to high polarity solvent-based industrial coatings and architectural coatings, as well as automotive putties.
It prevents floating and blooming caused by the combination of titanium dioxide and other pigments. This additive contains silicone.
Chemical properties: Solution of low molecular weight unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer and polysiloxane copolymer.
The anti-floating dispersant is suitable for medium to high polarity systems and is particularly effective in preventing floating when titanium dioxide is combined with other colored pigments.
It can also be used in amine-neutralized water-based coatings. It is immiscible with mineral spirits and, when used in anti-corrosion primers, enhances protective performance in many cases.
The anti-floating dispersant also contains a small amount of polysiloxane copolymer to more effectively avoid blooming. This silicone content also helps prevent Benard cell formation and silking, and it improves surface slip, leveling, and the orientation of matting agents, often eliminating the need for additional silicone additives.
