TEGO Dispers 610S Dispersant

Tego Dispers 610S is a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based systems. It deflocculates pigments, preventing issues such as pigment floating, flooding, and hard sedimentation.

Technical data of Tego Dispers 610S:
Chemical composition: Solution of a high molecular weight fatty acid derivative with organically modified polysiloxane
Appearance: Slightly yellow to slightly red transparent liquid
Active content: Approximately 50%
Acid value: Approximately 120 mg KOH/g

Tego Dispers 610S is suitable for pigment concentrates and co-grinding (with resin). Due to its deflocculating effect on pigments, it improves flow and gloss.
Tego Dispers 610S also provides excellent tinting strength (color development) and prevents pigment floating, flooding, and hard sedimentation.

Application examples of Tego Dispers 610S:
Alkyd/amino and polyester/amino baking enamels
Chlorinated rubber and vinyl resin coatings
Two-component coatings: acrylic/isocyanate and polyester/isocyanate
Nitrocellulose and nitrocellulose/alkyd wood coatings
Solvent-based acid-curing wood coatings

The dosage of Tego Dispers 610S, calculated as supplied, is 0.5–2.5% for inorganic pigments or 0.1–1.0% of the total formulation.
Usage method of Tego Dispers 610S: Add to the grinding material before dispersion.
