DABCO T-12 Organotin Catalyst

Evonik T-12 organotin catalyst is a curing accelerator for polyurethane systems, suitable for use as a high-efficiency catalyst in areas such as polyurethane coatings, foam materials, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers.

DABCO T12 drying agent is used as a heat stabilizer in silicone rubber mold products and PVC plastic products, such as films, semi-rigid sheets, and transparent tubes.

The main component of DABCO T-12 organotin drying agent is dibutyltin dilaurate, with an appearance of pale yellow transparent liquid and a tin content of approximately 18.0-18.8%.

American Gas T12 promotes the reaction between hydroxyl resins and polyisocyanates, shortens the curing time of PU paint, and acts as a highly efficient catalyst in terms of rapid gelation and tack-free time.

Evonik T-12 catalyst promotes the rapid gelation of one-component silicone rubber and two-component mold rubber.

Compared to other organotin compounds, Evonik T12 organotin catalyst offers a longer activation period under the same curing rate conditions.
