Hymac 6800 Defoamer

Haimins Deqian 6800 defoamer is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for solvent-based systems, with extremely strong bubble-breaking and foam-suppressing capabilities.
Haimins 6800 defoamer is a polysiloxane mixture containing hydrophobic particles, appearing as a translucent viscous liquid.
Defom 6800 defoamer also has high efficiency, delivering excellent results even at very low addition levels.
Haimins 6800 defoamer is particularly suitable for eliminating microfoam in high-viscosity coatings and ink systems.

Characteristics of Deqian 6800 defoamer:
1. Suitable for solvent-based coating systems, with excellent defoaming ability and rapid bubble-breaking action;
2. Especially suitable for pigment-containing systems; for clear coat systems, compatibility needs to be carefully evaluated;

Deqian 6800 defoamer is a high-efficiency defoamer suitable for two-component epoxy systems, polyurethane systems, UV-curable coatings, solvent-based or UV-curable screen printing inks, and other fields.
Recommended dosage of Deqian 6800 defoamer: generally 0.1-0.8% of the total amount, can be added at any stage of production, and thorough stirring is required after addition.
