Anti-floating and blooming agent

Anti-floating and flooding agent is a controlled flocculation wetting dispersant used in medium to high polarity solvent-based industrial coatings and architectural coatings, as well as automotive fillers.
The anti-floating dispersant prevents floating and flooding caused by the combination of titanium dioxide and other pigments. This additive contains silicone.
Chemical properties: Solution of low molecular weight unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer and polysiloxane copolymer
The anti-floating agent is suitable for medium to high polarity systems and is particularly effective in preventing floating when titanium dioxide is combined with other colored pigments.
This anti-floating and flooding agent can also be used in amine-neutralized water-based coatings. It is insoluble in solvent naphtha and, when used in anti-corrosion primers, enhances protective performance in many cases.
The anti-floating and flooding agent also contains a small amount of polysiloxane copolymer to more effectively avoid flooding. This silicone content also helps prevent Benard cells and silking, and it improves surface slip, leveling, and the orientation of matting agents, often eliminating the need for additional silicone additives.
