Epoxy Resin System Transparent Defoamer

Epoxy resin system transparent defoamer is a defoaming agent applied in epoxy systems that does not affect transparency, cause oil floating, or create haze, offering high transparency and brightness.

Non-silicone defoamer is a polymer-based defoaming agent with excellent compatibility, particularly suitable for epoxy systems, UV-curable systems, unsaturated polyester, and saturated polyester systems. It provides outstanding defoaming and deaeration performance, does not affect product transparency in epoxy systems, prevents oil floating, haze, or turbidity, and ensures high transparency and brightness.

Application Characteristics:

Excellent defoaming capability, effectively addressing difficult defoaming issues in the system, inhibiting bubble entrainment during mixing, and aiding the release of micro-bubbles from the coating;

Does not affect recoatability and offers excellent compatibility;

Especially suitable for epoxy systems, UV-curable systems, and high-gloss polyester systems.

Application Range: Epoxy systems, UV-curable systems, unsaturated polyester, saturated polyester systems, etc.

Recommended Dosage: 0.1%–1% of the total amount. After addition, mix under sufficiently high shear force; it is recommended to add before grinding.
