It is also an ideal substitute for organotin, mercury, and lead-based catalysts. M833 is a curing accelerator suitable for polyurethane coatings, adhesives, elastomers, and other fields. It meets environmental restrictions in some regions (e.g., EU standards) as an eco-friendly drying agent.

Appearance: Pale yellow transparent liquid

Properties: Insoluble in water, soluble in solvent oil, etc.; non-irritating odor; non-flammable and non-explosive.

Application Characteristics:

The environmentally friendly catalyst M833 promotes the reaction of isocyanates, shortens curing time, and accelerates post-curing maturation.

The environmentally friendly drying agent M833 offers a long pot life in polyurethane systems and hardly promotes the reaction between NCO and moisture, resulting in bubble-free products.

Application Scope: Polyurethane systems

Recommended Dosage: Generally 0.05%-0.5% of the polyol component.

Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place. Keep the container sealed when not in use, away from heat and fire sources.
