Matting Powder Orientation Effect Dispersant is a controlled flocculation type wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based coatings and inks. It is used to prevent floating and flooding phenomena in colored paints where white pigments are combined with other pigments. It also provides excellent dispersion and alignment effects for matting powders and aluminum pigments, while avoiding the formation of hard sediments.

Application Characteristics of Matting Powder Orientation Effect Additive:
Excellent wetting and dispersing effect for pigments, effectively preventing color separation when titanium dioxide is used with other pigments in coating formulations.
Improves dispersion and alignment effects when used with matting powders and aluminum pigments, resulting in a smoother film.
Effectively prevents the formation of hard sediments when pigments are mixed with other fillers.
The polysiloxane content prevents the formation of Bénard cells and promotes leveling while improving hand feel.

Application Scope of Matting Powder Orientation Effect Dispersant:
Recommended for use in alkyd, acrylic, amino baking paints, two-component polyurethane, epoxy paints, vinyl paints, etc.

Recommended Dosage of Matting Powder Orientation Effect Dispersant:
0.1-1.5% of total weight, 7-20% for organic pigments, 2-10% for inorganic pigments, 0.5-2.5% for titanium dioxide. It is recommended to add before grinding.
