Anti-floating color agent

Anti-floating and flooding agent is a controlled flocculation wetting and dispersing additive used in medium to high polarity solvent-based industrial coatings and architectural coatings, as well as automotive putties.
This anti-floating dispersant prevents floating and flooding caused by the combination of titanium dioxide and other pigments, and contains silicone.
Chemical nature: Solution of a low molecular weight unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer and polysiloxane copolymer
The anti-floating agent is suitable for medium to high polarity systems and is particularly effective in preventing floating when titanium dioxide is combined with other colored pigments.
It can also be used in amine-neutralized water-based coatings. It is insoluble in mineral spirits and, when used in anti-corrosion primers, enhances protective performance in many cases.
The anti-floating and flooding agent also contains a small amount of polysiloxane copolymer to more effectively avoid flooding. This silicone content also helps prevent Benard cell formation and silking, and improves surface slip, leveling, and the orientation of matting agents, often eliminating the need for additional silicone additives.
