Catalyst T-12

Catalyst T-12 is a curing accelerator suitable for polyurethane coatings, adhesives, foam materials, and elastomers, promoting the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction or gel reaction.

Product parameters of Catalyst T12:

Composition: Dibutyltin dilaurate

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Non-volatile content: >96%

Tin content: 18.0-18.8%

Application characteristics of organic tin catalyst T-12:

It can promote the reaction between hydroxyl resin and polyisocyanate, shortening the curing time;

Compared with other organic tin compounds, it has a longer activation period under the same curing rate conditions.

Application scope of T-12 catalyst: Two-component polyurethane, moisture-curing polyurethane

Recommended dosage of T12 catalyst: 0.01-0.03% of the resin solid content, to promote reactivity with hydroxyl resin and polyisocyanate. Due to differences in industry, product, ambient temperature, and other factors, pre-testing is recommended.

When Catalyst T-12 is below 5 degrees Celsius, it may crystallize or become turbid. Please heat it until clear, stir evenly before use.
