Usage Description

MPS3181 Reverse Osmosis Membrane Scale Inhibitor is a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency scale inhibitor specifically developed for reverse osmosis (RO) systems. Practical use has proven that MPS3181 is highly effective in removing the following types of scale: calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, calcium fluoride, silica, and iron. It can control the LSI in concentrated water up to 3.0, Fe³⁺ content up to 1.5 mg/l, and silica content up to 185 mg/l. It is suitable for use with reverse osmosis membranes and TFC membranes from Dow Chemical (Filmtec), Hydranautics, and domestic brands, as well as nanofiltration membrane elements.
