Content: Premium grade ≥99.5%, actual value can reach 99.8%-99.9%. Solubility: Miscible with chloroform, ethanol, acetone; soluble in water (10% ml/ml). Can dissolve certain metal salts (such as lithium chloride, cobalt chloride, zinc chloride, iron chloride, etc.).  

II. Main Applications 

1. As an industrial solvent, used in products such as coatings, adhesives, ethyl cellulose, artificial leather, linoleum colorants, and synthetic fibers. 

2. As an adhesive, used in the production of printing inks and artificial pearls. 

3. As an extraction agent, used in the production of pharmaceuticals, organic acids, and other products. 

4. As a raw material for fragrances, used as a primary ingredient in fruit flavors such as pineapple, banana, and strawberry, as well as in flavors like whiskey and cream. Used in fragrance manufacturing, as a blending spice for liquors, and in artificial flavorings. 

5. As an extraction agent for isolating various compounds (phosphorus, tungsten, arsenic, cobalt) from aqueous solutions. 

6. As an organic solvent. Used as a standard substance for calibrating thermometers during sugar separation. 

7. Used for the detection of bismuth, gold, iron, mercury, oxidizers, and platinum. 

8. Used in the determination of bismuth, boron, gold, iron, molybdenum, platinum, potassium, and thallium. 

9. Biochemical research, protein sequence analysis. 

10. Environmental protection, pesticide residue analysis. 

11. Organic synthesis. 

12. Acts as a fast-drying solvent for nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate, and neoprene rubber, and is also a low-toxicity solvent used in industry. 

13. Also used as a cleaning agent in the textile industry and an extraction agent for natural fragrances, as well as an important raw material in the pharmaceutical industry and organic synthesis.
