● Applications of Pharmaceutical Grade Glycine
1. Mainly used in amino acid injections as nutritional infusions for clinical use.
2. Used as an antacid to treat neurogenic hyperacidity and inhibit excessive gastric acid in ulcers.
3. Has auxiliary therapeutic effects for muscular dystrophy.
● Applications of Food Grade Glycine
1. Used as a flavoring agent, sweetener, flavor enhancer, and nutritional supplement. Added to alcoholic beverages; processed animal and plant foods; pickled vegetables, sweet sauces, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juices, etc., to improve flavor and nutritional value.
2. Used as a preservative for fish paste products, peanut butter, etc., and as a stabilizer for cream and cheese to provide antioxidant effects.
3. Used as a buffering agent to moderate the taste of salt and vinegar.

Primarily used as an amino acid additive in feed for poultry, livestock, and especially pets.
