I. Introduction:

Our company developed this device based on the requirements for calibrating dust particle counters in our own production, as well as the specifications from metrology and testing institutions such as the Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology. The development adheres to relevant national and international standards, including GB/T6167-2007 "Performance Test Methods for Dust Particle Counters," JJF1190-2008 "Calibration Specification for Dust Particle Counters," GB/T29024.4-2017 and ISO 21501-4:2018(E) "Determination of Particle Size Distribution—Single Particle Light Interaction Methods—Calibration of Light Scattering Airborne Particle Counters for Clean Spaces," GB/T292-2010 "Clean Workstations," the 2010 edition of GMP, ISO 14644-1:2015(E) "Cleanrooms and Associated Controlled Environments—Part 1: Classification of Air Cleanliness," and ISO 14644-3:2005(E) "Cleanrooms and Associated Controlled Environments—Part 3: Test Methods." Combined with our years of experience in producing and calibrating dust particle counters, this device offers strong operability, high accuracy, and excellent stability. Our company is capable of producing metrological calibration devices for dust particle counters with flow rates above 100L.
