ZW-III Closed System Filtration Microbial Culture Apparatus

The ZW-Ⅲ Fully Closed System Filtration Microbial Culture Apparatus employs the membrane filtration method. Using the directional peristaltic pump head pressure principle of the microbial collector, the test sample passes through a microporous filter membrane, trapping microorganisms on the membrane. Liquid culture medium is then injected, or the filter membrane is removed and placed face-up on solid culture medium for incubation to observe microbial growth or count colonies. (For use with disposable pump tubing)
