Product Overview:
The BYW-300 Microbial Limit Testing Apparatus is constructed from stainless steel metal material and equipped with a built-in imported diaphragm liquid pump. It eliminates the need for an external suction flask, as liquids are directly discharged through the diaphragm pump, reducing the complexity associated with suction flask usage and avoiding issues such as slow filtration speed due to poor connections.
Working Principle:
Inject the sample into the microbial limit culture apparatus. Using the built-in imported diaphragm liquid pump for negative pressure filtration, microorganisms in the sample are retained on the filter membrane. The membrane is then removed with a membrane extractor, transferred to a prepared solid culture medium with the bacterial side facing up, and laid flat. The lid is closed to form a sealed culture box, which is placed in an appropriate constant temperature incubator for cultivation and counting.
