I. Overview:

The FL-2 Air Volume Meter adopts the Pitot tube principle, conducting multi-point and repeated automatic detection of wind pressure to generate average air volume (m³/h). It features accuracy, speed, and ease of use, widely applied in industries such as HVAC and purification technology for direct measurement of air outlet and duct air volume. This enables comprehensive management of centralized air conditioning air volume and automatic control of parameters like temperature, humidity, and cleanliness. To facilitate on-site testing for customers, we specially provide a mobile stand that can be raised to 2.2m (including the air volume meter body of 0.9m), with an overall height of up to 3.1m. The FBL Air Volume Meter can measure both supply and return air outlets, offering convenience for testing. Based on advanced technology from similar foreign products, our factory pioneered the production of this product domestically. Each FL Air Volume Meter undergoes rigorous multi-point air volume calibration through a standard 0.5-grade wind tunnel calibration device before leaving the factory, ensuring reliable direct air volume measurement for users.

Note: The FL-2 Air Volume Meter replaces the older models: FL-1, FL-A1, FLY-1, FLY-1B. The improved model primarily adds Bluetooth functionality. Unlike the older models where the measurement controller had to be installed on the air volume hood, the new model eliminates the need to mount the control screen on the hood. Through Bluetooth, the controller and test screen can be held in hand or placed at a location for real-time observation of measurement values. It also increases data storage capacity, comes with a Bluetooth printer and temperature-humidity sensor, and adds features like point count, frequency, room number, average air volume, sum of air volumes, and measurement cycle. While the old model required pressing the measurement button each time to read a set of data, the new model reads data in real-time upon pressing the measurement button, eliminating the need for repeated presses and making testing more convenient.
