Installation Notes

1. Place the machine on a level surface without shaking, then add approximately 60 kilograms of 68# or 46# hydraulic oil.

2. The motor of this machine is 3-phase—380V—50Hz. Please verify whether the local voltage matches the machine's requirements. After connecting the wires (wire size should correspond to the motor's power), turn on the power and check the motor's rotation direction (indicated by the arrow) for clockwise rotation. If the direction is incorrect, adjust the connection of the two live wires.

Maintenance

This machine should be operated and maintained by designated personnel. After each workday, turn off the main power, clean debris around the machine, and remove any foreign objects inside the machine.

Regularly check whether screws at various parts of the machine are loose. For new machines, parts prone to loosening include: the small flange screws on the central shaft and the large screws inside the pressure plate. These should be reinforced periodically.

Safety Precautions

Before starting the packaging process, first check whether all doors are properly closed, whether the door lock core is fully engaged, and whether the blade latch is secured. Do not proceed with packaging if any of these parts are not properly engaged to avoid accidents.

When the machine is in operation, stand beside the machine and avoid extending the head, hands, or any part of the body into the door area to prevent crushing injuries.
