This instrument is based on the principle of light scattering and adopts a manual single-sample injection method. It is mainly used for the automatic detection of visible foreign substances (glass debris, metal debris, fibers, hairs, white spots, white blocks, etc.) in injections (ampoules, vials), and issues corresponding test reports. It adopts a manual single-sample injection method, detects visible foreign substances in samples by rotating the sample at high speed and performing dynamic image acquisition and analysis, and fully meets the requirements of the light scattering method in the General Rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The instrument can be calibrated with standard particles for visible foreign substances to ensure the accuracy of detection precision. The software has functions of permission management and audit trail, and can export and back up data and reports.
