I. YJZ-6000 Drug Transdermal Diffusion Tester Functional Features:
The transdermal diffusion tester consists of three parts: temperature control, motor speed control and time control. When the instrument is turned on, the temperature displayed is the actual ambient temperature, the motor speed is displayed as 350 (350 revolutions per minute), and the time is displayed as 00:00 (hour: minute).

III. Working Principle of Vertical Transdermal Diffusion Cell (Standard Configuration): Place the skin between the supply chamber and the diffusion chamber, immerse the lower part of the skin in the solution, and clamp the upper and lower parts of the diffusion cell with clips. The drug is placed from the upper part and gradually permeates through the skin into the lower diffusion chamber. The outside is insulated with constant temperature water, and the stirring bar stirs at a constant speed to keep the solution at a constant temperature and the concentration of the exudate uniform. The supply chamber is exposed to air to keep the skin at room temperature for the experiment.
IV. Working Principle of Horizontal Diffusion Cell (Optional Accessory)
Place the skin between two horizontal chambers, put it into the white fixture, insert a pressure relief sheet between the top screw and the bottom of the bottle, and then tighten it.
During the experiment, the drug is administered from one side to make it permeate to the other side. The outside is insulated with constant temperature water, and the stirring bar stirs at a constant speed to keep the solution at a uniform concentration and constant temperature. This device can effectively prevent the generation of air bubbles.
V. Precautions:
(1) Do not put corrosive solutions in the water tank. Regularly check whether the water tank leaks and clean the scale in time.
(2) It is strictly prohibited to heat without water. The water level in the water tank must at least exceed the heater.
(3) If six stirring magnetic heads do not rotate after long-term use, please drain the water, invert the instrument and open the bottom plate for inspection. If the transmission belt falls off or breaks, replace it with the spare transmission belt provided.
(4) When the instrument is not in use, please drain the water and disconnect the power supply.
