Atmosphere-Controlled Muffle Furnace Compliant with the JB4311.7-91 standard of the national machinery industry, it is equipped with an LTDE programmable control system. Its outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and shaped steel, with high-temperature powder spraying on the surface. The back adopts a special manufacturing process with air intake and exhaust devices, allowing inert gas to be introduced to prevent oxidation and decarburization of workpieces during high-temperature heating. It is suitable for high-temperature sintering, quenching, and other heat treatment processes that require various gas protections.
I. Product Features of Atmosphere-Controlled Muffle Furnace
1. Adopting advanced technology, the furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plates through flanging, welding, and drawing processes. The control box and furnace body are integrated into one structure, with an elegant appearance, avoiding the tedious installation steps for customers.
2. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral lining made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The heating elements, which are spiral-shaped and wound from iron-nickel-chromium alloy wires, are inserted into the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining, enabling heating from all four sides.
3. The interior of the furnace is a sealed structure. Between the inner furnace lining and the outer shell, refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomite products are used to build the insulation layer. The overall design is reasonable, ensuring a long service life. The furnace door is located on the left side, with an air intake hole on the back and an air outlet hole on the furnace door, making operation convenient.

5. Temperature control: The atmosphere-controlled muffle furnace is equipped with an over-temperature alarm device, featuring an integrated design and humanized menu. It adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, with a dual-screen high-brightness wide-view digital display, providing clear and intuitive readings. The microcomputer intelligent control solves problems such as temperature overshoot, resulting in excellent temperature control effects. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, ensuring precise and stable temperature control. It triggers an over-temperature alarm and automatically cuts off the heating output. It also has functions of timing startup or starting timing when the set temperature is reached for constant temperature operation.
